Laptop Repairs

Once a laptop has been checked for faults, we will contact the customer and inform them of the total cost of repairs, should you wish to go ahead with the repair, then the total cost will be the minimm repair charge plus the cost of parts.
If the customer decides not to go ahead with a repair, the charge is for the report only.

Charges for Call Out and Workshop Maintenance.

The collection and return of all local systems is a free service for our customers.
We perform repairs in your home or business when possible, or transport your system to our workshop for repairs.

Fitting of customer supplied items are charged at the standard hourly rate.

Operating System.
Device drivers may be required in order for the system to operate correctly,
these must be provided before installation commences, otherwise PC Clinic may charge for acquiring such drivers
and charge the standard hourly rate for this service.
